Time Restricted Eating & Weight Loss

The Journal of the American Medical Association published a study in September 2020 evaluating the use of time-restricted eating for weight loss in overweight and obese adults.

Their findings, unlike many other studies, showed little benefit.

In this video, I walk through how they designed their study, their objectives, their results, and my thoughts about the results they found.
