Non-Nutritive Sweeteners lead to MORE antimicrobial resistance!

In this video I discuss this study published in February 2021 in the ISME Journal:

This study examined saccharine, sucralose (Splenda), aspartame, and acesulfame potassium (aka ace-K or acesulfame K) and how these sweeteners impact microbes – specifically microbial resistance. These sweeteners are poison and this is the latest reason why you should avoid them!

Build a stronger immune system and stop contributing to the antimicrobial resistance by avoiding all products with these ingredients. While you’re at it….stop using hand sanitizers and antimicrobial soaps too!

Use GREAT caution when reading labels – these sweeteners are hidden everywhere!

I recently met with two clients who were adamant that they don’t use artificial sweeteners, and yet BOTH were consuming them several times every day.

Yogurts, flavored teas, protein powders, protein bars, breads, crackers, gums and so much more.

What questions do you have about antimicrobial resistance or these sweeteners?
