To get started, you order a Nutrigenomix test kit from an authorized practitioner (like me), and they send you a sample kit in the mail. The sample is obtained with an oral swab you do at home, that gets sealed in the kit and mailed back for analysis. The results will be returned to review with your practitioner.

Along with the DNA sample, you’ll be sent a food-frequency questionnaire online. When you fill this questionnaire out, you’ll want to be as detailed and accurate as possible with regard to what you have eaten recently (I actually recommend you answer based on how you eat regularly).
Your responses will assist in their final recommendations based on the best foods for you to focus on. This is also where a trained and certified holistic health professional can be of assistance – to fully explain these results, help you craft a plan, and continually tailor the recommendations for optimal health.
