I didn’t have just one health goal. I had extra weight I didn’t like, adult acne, frequent headaches and migraines, foul gas, chronic constipation, and I was so tired all the time.

I spent years searching for answers in books, online forums, social media, and YouTube. I scheduled tons of doctor visits, but no one wanted to help me figure it out. They only offered birth control pills and told me to buy over-the-counter digestive aids. As for weight loss, eat more whole grains and vegetables, watch calories and fat, and get more exercise.

So that’s what I did. But it never worked. All my issues remained, despite all of my efforts.

This was NO way to live.

I was tired of the generic, mainstream advice that clearly wasn’t working for me.

And I knew from my own experience that most conventional doctors and the medical system really didn’t have the training, capacity, or interest in helping me deal with these issues. I wasn’t looking for a diagnosis, prescription or procedure. I wanted to know why nothing was helping me feel my best.

How the Vibrant Wellness Program is Delivered

Initial Assessments and Tests

We first investigate YOU, what brought you here, and what your body is currently offering you. We’ll discuss what drives you, what you like and dislike, and identify your personal non-negotiables. We will discuss all of this data so it makes sense to you. When you understand WHY these things matter and what your personal data shows, it is much easier to stick to the recommended protocol to address the findings.

Recommended Protocols

Based on the information we gather from the assessments, tests, and technologies, I’ll make my top recommendations for you to rebalance your body and achieve your goals. Recommendations will include information related to optimizing nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress loads. I will not just hand you a pre-determined diet plan and send you on your way. We will carve out a strategy that relates to all aspects of your life that could use a little love. This can include food choices, eating schedule, nourishment habits, morning and evening routines, improving sleep quality, managing stress levels, reducing toxin exposures, and where nutritional supplements can be beneficial. Together, you and I will solidify a simple, doable plan of action.

Coaching sessions

For a full 6 months, you will have access to personalized coaching conversations via phone or video call. We will go over assessments and test results in as much detail as you’d like. We will talk through challenges and upcoming obstacles so we can create a plan of action to help you live your best life all along the way. Between sessions, we stay in touch via messenger chat for accountability, quick question-answering, celebrations, and navigating obstacles that come up. You will never be alone on this journey. I will also continually monitor your data coming in from technology so we can make quick adjustments throughout the entire process.



For secure communications, document and resource sharing, and scheduling coaching sessions, you’ll have access to my online client portal via computer or smartphone app.



For quick reference, you’ll have access to documents and resources that will make your journey easier. You can review these on your own time for additional education and support.

  • How do I learn more or get started?

  • Do you take insurance?

    No. I am not a medical provider. Depending on your plan, you may be able to use HSA money.

  • I don’t live near you. Can I still work with you?

    Yes! I work with clients from all over thanks to the powers of technology! All of my sessions are conducted via phone call or video call, even if clients are local. My practice is entirely virtual.

  • Is this just another diet? Will the advice be limited to what I eat?

    Nutrition is one key aspect to digestive wellness and balancing the body – but it’s only one piece. No matter how great someone’s diet is, if they’re being drained by stress load, or living in a toxic environment, the body won’t re-balance. Throughout this process, we will focus on all aspects of health.

  • Are you going to give me a meal plan?

    No. Meal plans aren’t effective. Most people never actually follow them and they don’t teach you WHY to eat those foods. They teach you to be reliant on me and the meal plan. This is not a sustainable plan for lasting health! If meal plans worked, there would only be one plan that everyone could follow.

    I’d rather teach you have to create your own plan, so you’ll never need to rely on anyone else to tell you what to do. I will give you the tools and resources you need to create your own plan – enlightening, educating, and empowering you to own your health.

  • Will I have to give up all of my favorite foods?

    Not likely, but that really depends on what your favorite foods are. If you are consistently consuming foods that are causing you inflammation, the only way to remedy that is to stop eating those foods.

    You may be able to add your favorite healthy foods back in when your body is back in balance, but if you add processed and refined foods back in, you’ll most likely end up dealing with all of your current symptoms again (plus more).

    When we focus on re-balancing your body, we need to pay close attention to how certain foods are reacting for you. This may lead us to determine that certain foods should be limited or removed for you to achieve and maintain optimal health and digestion. Some foods, even healthy foods, just don’t work for some people.

  • How long will it take?

    Everyone’s journey is unique to them. I work in packages that run for at least 6 months which allows for sufficient time to implement any changes, conduct any testing, monitor for any tweaks necessary, and see significant improvement in digestive health.

    The process is fully customized to you – so the speed of the protocol depends on your current health, goals, and your willingness/ability to implement the strategies. Some people like to layer in changes, others go all-in with all the changes at once. Most people see changes happening very quickly. The length of healing time varies by your unique situation.

  • Will I lose weight?

    Weight loss is not my primary focus, but many clients who do have weight to lose will drop that weight much more easily by bringing the body back in balance and getting digestion to work optimally. This is healthy and sustainable weight loss done the right way! I do not subscribe to tirelessly tracking, weighing, or counting foods/macros/calories or eliminating entire food groups over the long term.

  • Will I have to take supplements?

    Most likely I will recommend the temporary use of therapeutic supplementation as a part of your protocol. Those recommendations will come directly from the data gathered from you and your functional lab test results.

    Most of the recommended supplements will be taken for a short period of time in an effort to rebalance your body. I only ever recommend pharmaceutical-grade supplements and rigorously tested products. I am not affiliated with any specific manufacturer, so I recommend the best of multiple companies for your unique needs.

  • How is this approach different than working with my doctor?

    It is entirely different and complimentary! I am not a medical professional and as such, I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications.
