What to expect on the call:

This quick call is used to get to know each other a bit, for you to share your story and what you’re looking to achieve and for you to gain a brief understanding of how I can help you achieve those goals.

Because we have a lot to cover in a short period of time, we’ll get right to pinpointing the problem, discussing the process to getting solutions, and planning out the next steps.

How to prepare for the call:

When the time comes, all you need to do is show up, ready to talk.

If you have additional information, lab reports, or documents you’d like me to review before the call, please email me (andrea@andreahealthylifewithandrea.com) prior to the scheduled time.

I do recommend having your spouse/partner or anyone else who may be impacted by your journey accompany you on this call. The people closest to you will either make this process easier or harder on you. Getting their full buy in will improve your success rate. It is far better for them to hear the entire conversation than for you to try to summarize after the fact, as you won’t likely remember all of the details.

Relax and rest assured:

This is NOT a hard-pressure sales call.

My role is to be your guide on this journey. I want to understand where you’ve been, how you got to this place right now, and what you’d rather be experiencing. I will share my initial impressions and my recommendations for your path forward.

If it sounds like a good fit, we’ll discuss options to work together.

My goal for you is to leave the call confident and calm in your decision – regardless of what decision that is. There’s nothing worse than being stuck in the misery of maybe.
